A lot of our summer fun isn’t always the most eco-friendly. Here is how to make them just a little bit greener.
1. Use an eco-friendly sunscreen.
2. Make your own bubbles using a natural soap. A lot of the bubbles you find in the store contain nasty things like parabens.
3. Look for eco-friendly swimsuits.
4. Have an eco-friendly picnic.
5. Get your toes ready for sandals by using eco-friendly nail polish.
6. Make sure your sandals are also eco-friendly.
7. Check out your local farmer’s market for all kinds of yummy fresh food.
8. Use natural charcoal or a propane grill for less emissions when grilling.
9. Use a natural grill cleaner to make your grilling less toxic.
10. Keep bugs from biting with natural bug spray.
