This desk at my mom’s house is probably one of my favorite pieces of furniture.
My grandparents took this old sewing table and gave it new life by adding a table top. It makes a lovely little desk for a laptop and serves as a great small space solution for your organizing needs. The baskets sitting on the floor hold all of her files.
I might not have caught the sewing bug from her but the organizing stuck with me!

I have an original singer table too but mine has the original top which means the middle is higher than the sides – but that has given me an idea – at the moment, it’s sitting on my landing but maybe I should put it to more use – thanks for sharing.
I wish I would of kept the old sewing table that I use to have- =)
