The secret to living your best life may be as easy as doing simple things well.
If you look below, you’ll see a list of simple things that we often overlook or neglect to do all together. The result? Failure. To keep ourselves physically healthy, mentally sharp and emotionally strong, we’ve got to start living a simple life…
- Get exercise every day
- Use sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB
- Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits, veggies and grains
- Take a multivitamin daily
- Keep your mind active with new learning
- Get adequate sleep every night
- Cultivate relationships with friends and family
- Learn to control your reaction to stress
- Get adequate amounts of calcium
Doing these simple things can help us control some of the negative influences of poor lifestyle choices. Living healthier means making good choices regardless of the situation. Trying to decide whether or not to use sunscreen is a simple choice but an important one. One action is one action but when done 100 times it becomes an ingrained habit. Our choices have powerful influences on our body and mind. So, make the decision to live better by deciding to live out the simple things.

i agree with these simple things – just have fun and enjoy life!
but unfortunatelly there are people who are always nervous, always unsatisfied with things they are doing, overstressed etc.
happiness is a matter of cultivation, efforts and spirit condition and can not be just gained with sleep, calcium and healthy food.
We tend to blame “modern living” for our unhealthy bodies and minds. But the fact of the matter is, if your a competent adult you make certain life choices. I heartily recommend you do an annual reviews of things like your work life, health, finances, family and personal time to ensure you’re really living. Not merely existing. Nothing is written in stone and its never too late to make changes for the better, no matter how small they are. Don’t be afraid of change….Life’s too short for the woulda/coulda/shoulda’s!
You only go round once, but if you do it right, once is enough!
