If you love having people over like we do, then you know the toll it can take on a host. From washing the guest room sheets to preparing the food in your fridge, it’s almost a marathon getting things ready for guests – especially for company that’s staying overnight. It’s nice to have things on hand – especially things you would never guess would be crucial in one’s routine. Here are a few amazing (and crazy chic!) travel-sized items that will leave your company saying more than ‘thank you’.
Hand Creams: A wonderful pick-me-up when extra moisture is needed. L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream ($10), Bliss High Intensity Hand Cream To Go ($8)

Moisturizer: You should never leave the house without wearing a hydrating moisturizer. These are compact and pack enough oomph you have your guests’ skin feeling nourished! Philosophy Hope In A Jar SPF 25 ($15), AmorePacific Moisture Bound Skin Energy Hydration Delivery System ($35), Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion To Go ($13)
Facial Cleansers: After a day of sightseeing, working, or just a long day in general, it always feels great to wash the day off your face. Stay fresh and clean with these cool cleansers. Caudalie Instant Foaming Cleanser To Go ($14), Fresh Soy Face Cleanser To Go ($15): A gentle facial wash that will leave your skin fresh and hydrated!

Makeup Remover: This is something that’s always left behind! Take off that pesky mascara with these ultra-nourishing and very effective makeup removing wipes. Korres Pomegranate Cleansing Wipes ($12), Skyn Iceland Glacial Cleansing Cloths ($15)
Lip Balms: Chapped lips are both uncomfortable and unattractive. Retain as much moisture as possible with a great lip balm – anything with SPF is a fantastic perk! Old Henriksen Fresh Lips SPF 15 ($15), Caudalie Lip Conditioner ($12)

Haircare: Keep their tresses looking healthy and full with the all-in-one Judith Jackson’s Citresse Haircare Set ($24) includes a shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, bath soap, and lotion! A very convenient set to keep on hand!
Make sure to find smaller-sized products for your guests. If you end up buying in bulk (unless you’re constantly having people over), these beauty products may not be used often and many have expiration dates. It’s also great to have your company keep them if they’d like!
Remember to keep an eye out for sensitivities as well – if you know your Aunt Mable has sensitive skin, then find products that are organic and specifically made for problematic skin! Hosting is all about the guests. Make them feel at home!
