One of the best things we can do for ourselves is to get and keep our bodies healthy. For some, it’s as simple as adding more grains to a diet. For others, it involves incorporating more cardio in a workout routine. Bottom line is that the little changes and adjustments can have a rather big impact on our overall health. Take me for example.
Unlike some who struggle with making changes to their diet, I struggle to fit in time for exercise. I always seem to be busy with the children, household chores, errands, my husband’s work schedule, or some other thing. Truth is, I’m not a fan of exercise and I can always seem to justify not having the time. That is until I came across Operation Boot Camp!
This is a program that is designed to help people get moving in a fun, energizing group atmosphere. The program takes place outdoors and incorporates music and many different types of exercise. The best part? The group meets early in the morning! So, I can’t use the ”I have no babysitter” excuse or the ”my husbands work schedule conflicts” excuse. The program’s success rests entirely on my willingness to get out of bed early.
No more excuses for me.
I’ll be attending a free class next week. Do you think it’ll motivate me to break out of my anti-exercise mindset? Hmm, we shall see.
