Like a moth to flame…
No matter how healthy I try to eat–which is just about every day mind you–sometimes at the end of the day all I really want is food that’s fast, convenient and most important, not made by me!
There are millions, maybe even the billions of us but as fast food connoisseurs we owe it to ourselves and our families to ensure that we’re getting the healthiest, heart-conscious foods available. Here’s what the experts eat when they go out…
- Great Steak Chicken Philly Slider ~ I’ve never been to Great Steak but I think I’d eat this savory wonder any day of the week. At 415 calories and 22.5 grams of fat, it’s no wonder the experts put this delight on their list!
- Panera Bread Black Bean Soup and Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich ~ I LOVE Panera’s!! Sweet piquante peppers, feta cheese, jalapeno hummus…now you know why the Med Veggie sandwich is my absolute fave. The soup and sandwich combo provides the right about of protein, carbs and fiber to keep you going all day!
