Pura Body Naturals – A Product Review

It’s that time of year!  As the holiday season quickly approaches, many of us are looking for thoughtful gifts to give, without having to resort to the same mall stores over and over again.

So when Pura Body Naturals put the call out for bloggers to review their products, I was anxious to see how they would compare the better known store brands.  Pura Body Naturals products are made with plant-based butters and oils from the Amazon and each product is formulated to nourish your skin.  This new company was started by Santeyonne Powell when she noticed the need for natural products that weren’t shea butter based.

My favorites from the products I tested were Mint Exfoliating Lip Scrub and Cocoa Mint Lip Butter.  I have always been a fan of lip scrubs, especially in the winter when lips are so likely to get chapped.  The minty scent is perfect for the holiday season and a small amount left my lips super smooth.  Follow the scrub with the lip butter to keep that smooth, moisturized feeling all day long.  These products would make an excellent stocking stuffer, teacher gift, or a fun pick-me-up for yourself!
