Okay ladies, I’ve got a confession to make…I’m unoriginal. It’s not that I want to be that way, it’s just that whenever I think I’ve come up with something brilliant, I find that someone, some where has already done it or said it.
Take for instance the Flat Belly Diet article.
This book/article is all about eating everyday foods that help shrink unruly belly fat. How’s it work? You infuse your body with healthy fat (yes there is such a thing) called monounsaturated fatty acid or MUFA. Eating MUFAs along with reducing calorie intake will significantly help shrink our bellies.
Okay Selena, what’s the catch? What am I going to have to do: drink raw fish juice or something?
Gosh no! But how about eating almonds, avocado, dark chocolate or cooking with olive oil instead of butter?
Surely, that’s not as bad as raw fish juice. wink
The truth is with simple changes in diet and attitude, we can get the slimming effects we want, reduce our cholesterol and improve our heart health. Now, I don’t know about you but that seems like it’s worth it to me. How about you?
