Downton Abbey has created quite the following – dare I say cult? Sunday and Monday my Facebook stream is filled with comments, reviews or after last week, anger, about what is happening on the show. Never kill off a favorite character!
The show has also hugely impacted fashion and jewelery trends. Pinterest anyone? I have to admit, I am quite the fan of the Downton Abbey inspired jewelry that is popping up everywhere. Here are my top picks!

2. Ornate Chokers
This piece has my name written all over it. Made of stunning black beads this necklace is sure to get attention anytime you wear it! Pair it with a white shirt of sexy black dress and all eyes will be on you.

The long overlook brooch is back in circuit. Add it to a scarf, a piece of ribbon or a jacket for an instant outfit pick me up. The Edwardian periods offers so many choices, styles and sizes – you are sure to find one (or two) that you absolutely love!
4. Vintage Pearls
Whether it be faux pearl and emerald drop earrings, elaborate chokers of pearl accented pendants, pearls are definitely in. Hollywood has grabbed on to this trend. Rhianna was recently spotted wearing them at the Victoria Secret Fashion Show and Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall is often accessorizing with pearl chokers and earrings.
5. Headbands
The easiest trend to wear this season! I personally wear one everyday – almost to a fault. These jeweled and beaded options can easily dress up a pony tail or bun and add just the perfect amount of ‘ooo la la’. And with so many choices, a girl can never have enough!
