For a long time I had the equivalent of a brown paper sack for a laptop bag.
I don’t travel much for business, but when I do travel it
would be nice to protect and carry my laptop in something more exciting
than my utilitarian black bag. And if you’re like me or my husband, you
may want to bring your laptop along on a family vacation so you
can check e-mail, upload photos, and just stay up to date on all your
favorite blogs, I mean current news and events. Cough.
I found some fun laptop bags online that don’t cost a fortune.
This laptop sleeve from Flicka Bags is really fun. I love the waterproof and stain-resistant fabric:
Mango Tango has a beautiful line of Asian print laptop bags:
These laptop sleeves from Rebe are made from fun and funky vintage fabrics (hat tip Geek Sugar):
If you’re a Mac head, this blinged out Mac sleeve on Etsy is really fun:

Cute! I have a basic black laptop bag and I would love a cute and functional one. Thanks for the links!!
I’m a firm believer that women should not have to sacrifice looking amazing for professional success. We can have both! I adore the Mango Tango Chinese Brocade bags that you listed above. For any career woman looking for a splash of funk and color, I’d also suggest the Superstar Messenger bags from Lexie Barnes.

They are great. But my girlfriend brought a new sleeve from austria. It is called Brutus Blue and the company is 10TURIO. I have not found them here. So watch out for their sleeves.
