Backpack with Built in Alarm!

Give yourself or your kids an added layer of protection with the iSafe backpack.  This is a great option for women who work late at night and have to go to their car – sometimes quite a distance from the building, or for kids who walk to school.  The iSafe backpack comes with an easy grip cord that once pulled emits a high power alarm.  If the person wearing it feels threatened, is being bullied, or is being attacked by a predator she can lift a cover on the right strap – secured by velcro – and pull a string to activate the alarm.

Tested and Approved

We tested it and it is loud enough to potentially ward off attackers.  It’s also hidden well enough that it won’t get pulled accidentally.  The only downside I see is that it’s several steps to get to the cord to pull and the process is slightly cumbersome.  The velcro cover is very secure.  Great for keeping it from activating by accident, but perhaps difficult to get to in a real emergency.  There are videos on the site showing how it works and how it’s constructed so I would encourage you to check them out before purchasing.  I know I would want my girls to each have one just in case.  And it comes in several colors and styles so there is something for everyone.
