I love technology in the kitchen.  I’m one who is always looking for the next best thing to come along.

Simple Human is a company that searches for ways to make everyday products easier and effortless.  I’ve used one of their trash cans for years. I was introduced to their slim canisters which have a push button easy open lid that closes to a tight seal.  The inside container is removable for cleaning.

They come in 3 sizes, but I swear you will want 2 sets.  And their sleek, slim stainless look is attractive enough to keep on your counter and also easy to fit in cabinets.  The only downside I have seen?  One of mine takes a little extra push to get it closed.  But I can still operate with one hand which I love, freeing the other to work on food prep or measuring.  The tight seal will keep your flour or sugar fresh.  If you aren’t familiar with Simple Human then it’s a brand you definitely need to check out.
