Snacks have been on my mind lately. For my boys. For our Super Bowl party. For me!
My kids are on a gluten free, casein free, soy free diet. Eliminating those ingredients just about kills every “favorite” snack of every little kid. After I got over the shock of “no goldfish, no cheerios and no teddy grahams,” I set out on a quest to come up with healthy snacks that do not contain wheat, dairy or soy! Here are a few ideas that might help expand your snack repertoire!
