I just recently started working out. I’m wanting to tone, not lose weight. I’m finding it’s a little harder to do when I have to meet the bus, or play with a four-year-old. I’m finding the drawbacks of trying to find the time to work out is far less than the positives coming from.
The energy I’m getting from it, though, is amazing. I also absolutely adore the shower after. I hate smelling like sweat. I’m finding Dove’s new line of Go Fresh definitely helps. I have Cool Essentials (green tea), for my deodorant. I love that. I have Energize (lemongrass and grapefruit) for body spray and shampoo/conditioner. I use the spray when I need a quick boost. To go even further, I use Refresh (mint, smells delicious) to wash away the stench of sweat.
Now, after a shower, what should I be doing? I’m too sore to do my actual household chores. Wanna do them for me?
