Well, there might just be an easy way to loose weight. One is to use virgin coconut oil. The other is to go raw food. Then again, if you’re hooked on commercial food, these might be hard. Then again, it might be easier. Just wanted to mention this.
There is a great movie called Simply Raw that gives a lot of info and actually shows people’s lives changed. Diabetics being able to stop their insulin shots. Amazing. You can find the movie here is you don’t have it at your video club:
