Piadina — another new dish to discover. I love that element of life; you’re never too old to learn something new. Last year, watching Top Chef, I learned there’s a type of seafood spelled “geoduck” but pronounced “gooey-duck”. I love to learn — so if I don’t win this cookbook I’ll head to the library and search for a piadina tutorial.
