When it gets chilly outside and the choice of seasonal fruits at the shops gets smaller and smaller apple cinnamon muffin are a good option for your weekend baking. Simple Shrimp Salad

The weather is warming up now that Spring is officially here, and we have been celebrating by taking our meals outdoors.  We have already fired up the grill three times in the past week.  We like to mix it up though and have cooked burgers, chicken, and shrimp so far. Here is the recipe for the quick and easy Shrimp Salad that I whipped up for dinner one night.  The best part is that you can cook the orzo salad ahead of time and then grill the shrimp right before serving.
