In our house the new school year begins in August. This means the first week of August leaves me little time to buy back-to-school supplies, clothes, AND go grocery shopping for lunches. The weather is warming up now that Spring is officially here, and we have been celebrating by taking our meals outdoors. We have already fired up the grill three times in the past week. We like to mix it up though and have cooked burgers, chicken, and shrimp so far. Here is the recipe for the quick and easy Shrimp Salad that I whipped up for dinner one night.
