My family eats the same old recipes every week. Spaghetti, tacos, chicken nuggets and pizza are often found on our dinner table. A couple of weeks ago I was desperate to find a new recipe. Our taste buds were craving something different than the norm! My initial search was for a simple chicken skillet dish.  When I found a how- to on making chicken breasts in the skillet on the stove top I began thinking on how to make it a bit more tasty. It's the holiday season and if you are looking for a new twist on some of the typical table favorites, try Cranberry Salsa! This condiment combination of sweet, tart, and a little spicy. It is great alongside all the typical turkey and ham as well as a favorite on crackers before the holiday meal.
