Are you a water drinker? If you are, do you drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day? I'll be honest, I do not like water. It's plain, flavorless, not carbonated and flat out boring. However, recently I've discovered a way to give water flavor and even make it beautiful. Dare I say that I'll even drink 8 glasses a day if prepared in my new found way. I'm talking about infusing water with fruits and herbs to bring it to life...or at least make it more interesting and flavorful. There's nothing more refreshing than the taste of that ice cold beverage they pour you at the spa after a massage. Kick your feet up and relax the day away with this cucumber mint water. It always seemed so complicated to me, but it's truly simple to make flavored water! Add your favorite fruits and herbs to water, let it steep overnight in the fridge and in the morning you'll have deliciously flavored water.
