There is something about making your own bread that is so satisfying.  I love making basics like homemade white breads and easy French breads, but sometimes I don’t have the time!  I have grown to love the smell of yeast, but it just takes so much time to have to wait for it to activate.  Then you have to wait for the dough to rise.  And sometimes you have to wait for it to rise again!  That’s just too much time for this bread loving momma!
