It’s officially Fall, y’all. You know what that means…Pumpkin Spice Lattes, pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin bread, pumpkin ice cream…oh yes, I did say pumpkin ice cream!
Today I have rounded up twelve of the most delicious pumpkin recipes that the internet has to offer. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party with friends or hanging out at the house with your family, you’re sure to find something that will please all palates.
/1/ Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins – Pumpkin and cream cheese go together like milk and cookies. Make these tonight for the kiddos to have for breakfast in the morning.
/2/ Cinnamon and Sugar Pumpkin Doughnuts – I wouldn’t be opposed to you dropping a batch of these off at my doorstep. Mmmmm…pumpkin doughnuts.
/3/ Pumpkin French Toast – This is such a tasty way to start the season off right.
/4/ Pumpkin Pie in a Jar – Mason jars are the perfect way to package food and give it as a gift. These cute little pumpkin pies in a jar would be a great gift for teachers or neighbors. Wrap one up today!
/5/ Pumpkin Granola – This is a super healthy snack for on-the-go. Toss a small container in your bag before you head out to the pumpkin patch with your family.
/6/ Pumpkin Pie & Brown Butter Sauce Ice Cream with Graham Cracker Crumble – It doesn’t get too chilly here in Florida in the Fall. This pumpkin flavored ice cream is exactly what we’ll need to keep us cool on our warm Fall days.
/7/ Chicken and Rice with Pumpkin Mole Sauce – This recipe will take you a little bit of time, but oh how I think the end result will be worth it.
/8/ Turkey Pumpkin Chili – A big pot of this chili simmering on the stove top is the perfect way to begin Fall.
/9/ Pumpkin Macaroni and Cheese – There’s actually pumpkin IN the macaroni and cheese. This will definitely be on my menu this week!
/10/ Pumpkin Enchiladas – Oh my goodness! I haven’t met an enchilada I don’t like. I’m thinking these pumpkin enchiladas will be no different. {Again, definitely going on this week’s menu!}
/11/ Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing – I know, I know…right away you don’t see pumpkin in the title and you think I’ve gotten off track. This recipe includes pumpkin seeds. An tasty alternative to the puree.
Are you ready for the final recipe? I was a little shocked to find this nontraditional use of pumpkin. Close your eyes. Ok, maybe not…just get ready…this one is FUN!
/12/ Creamy Pumpkin and Sage Dip – That’s right! A dip using pumpkin created for dipping potato chips. Surprise the guests at your next house party!
