Crock Pot Chocolate Cake

So, go throw the ingredients into your crock pot, sit back, relax, have your cake and eat it too!

Crock Pot Chocolate Cake

adapted from cookies & cups


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (16 oz) package chocolate cake mix, I used devils food
  • 1 (2 oz) pkg of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate peanut butter cups, chopped into quarters


  1. Whisk the eggs, water, yogurt, olive oil, and peanut butter together.
  2. Whisk in the cake mix and pudding.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter cups.
  4. Spray the crock pot with canola spray, and pour the batter into it.
  5. Cook on low for 3-3.5 hours until a cake tester comes out clean from the center.
  6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt.
