Crock Pot Chocolate Cake
adapted from cookies & cups
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 (16 oz) package chocolate cake mix, I used devils food
- 1 (2 oz) pkg of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate peanut butter cups, chopped into quarters
How-To
- Whisk the eggs, water, yogurt, olive oil, and peanut butter together.
- Whisk in the cake mix and pudding.
- Stir in the peanut butter cups.
- Spray the crock pot with canola spray, and pour the batter into it.
- Cook on low for 3-3.5 hours until a cake tester comes out clean from the center.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt.
