My family eats the same old recipes every week. Spaghetti, tacos, chicken nuggets and pizza are often found on our dinner table. A couple of weeks ago I was desperate to find a new recipe. Our taste buds were craving something different than the norm! My initial search was for a simple chicken skillet dish.  When I found a how- to on making chicken breasts in the skillet on the stove top I began thinking on how to make it a bit more tasty. Grilled Peanut Butter Chicken Skewers

It's grilling time! Summer is here and it's time to get some easy grilled recipes in your repertoire, like these grilled peanut butter chicken skewers. Kids will love to eat dinner from a stick with the dip-able peanut sauce to go along side it, too!
