Simple Shrimp Salad

The weather is warming up now that Spring is officially here, and we have been celebrating by taking our meals outdoors.  We have already fired up the grill three times in the past week.  We like to mix it up though and have cooked burgers, chicken, and shrimp so far. Here is the recipe for the quick and easy Shrimp Salad that I whipped up for dinner one night.  The best part is that you can cook the orzo salad ahead of time and then grill the shrimp right before serving. My family eats the same old recipes every week. Spaghetti, tacos, chicken nuggets and pizza are often found on our dinner table. A couple of weeks ago I was desperate to find a new recipe. Our taste buds were craving something different than the norm! The month of October brings out the pumpkins. You see them in the store, in the patch, on front porches...everywhere! The closer it gets to Halloween the more likely you are to carve a pumpkin.
